GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - Defenseman Andre Benoit scored 1:27 into overtime to lift the surging Binghamton Senators to a 4-3 road win over Adirondack on Sunday at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

Erik Condra and Roman Wick earned assists on the game-winner by Benoit, which pushed the Senators to their fourth straight victory, matching a season high originally achieved from Jan. 7-11.

At 28-20-3-3 (62 points), Binghamton closed to within three points of Norfolk for fourth place in the East Division race. The B-Sens hold a four-point edge on Worcester for the Eastern Conference’s final playoff spot.

Ryan Keller notched a goal and an assist in regulation for Binghamton, which also received markers from David Dziurzynski and defenseman Derek Smith. Corey Locke chipped in an assist for his league-leading 68th point of the season (17-51-68).

Senators goaltender Robin Lehner, just back from an NHL stint with Ottawa, stopped 26 of 29 shots to pick up the win in net.

Mike Testwuide (1-1-2), Stefan Legein, and Michael Ryan all tallied goals for the Phantoms, and Ben Holmstrom chipped in a pair of assists.
