Glen Kinney

Athletic Therapist

Glen Kinney enters his fourth season with the B-Sens as the team's athletic therapist. Kinney served as head trainer for the Ontario Hockey League’s Sarnia Sting for seven seasons (2002-03 through 2008-09). Kinney also served as a trainer for Hockey Canada’s national under-18 team in 2006 under Cory Clouston, former head coach of the B-Sens and their National Hockey League affiliate Ottawa Senators. The team won a gold medal in the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament that year in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Kinney, 38 is certified by both the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and National Athletic Trainers Association.

The Peterborough, Ont. native is married to Julie and has two daughters; Annika, 7, and Emily, 5.
